Net Neutrailty – if you don’t know what it is, or want a nice clear summing up then take a look at this animated explaination. Not marvelous visually, but this is an important issue for anyone who likes to be able to access content from more than a few pre-selected sources. Imagine having to pick your service provider based not on speed and stability, but on who owns the content you want to view. The government is currently looking into it and BT are already talking about implementing a 2 tier system
