Sheron Carter is the chief executive of Arhag and has been in post for two years. Prior to Sheron’s appointment the association had been through a difficult period and was viewed by the Housing Corporation and the Audit Commission as a failing organisation.
Sheron has been shortlisted because she is committed to delivering high quality services to minority and socially disadvantaged communities. She was inspired to turn the organisation around and ensure it delivers the values it was built on.
